Hello Gorgeous Girls!

Spring has sprung and what better way to celebrate than with this delicious Healthy Girl Vanilla BOMB Smoothie?!

Not sure about you guys but I absolutely love making smoothies for breakfast, they are super easy, quick and totally yummy. SO this means that I am always coming up with new recipes all the time! Currently, this Vanilla Bomb smoothie is my go-to and I love to make it for as many people as possible. I hope that you will enjoy it just as much as I do!

Healthy Girl Vanilla Bomb Smoothie

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 small banana, frozen
  • 1 cup of filtered water
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1 heaped tbsp peanut / almond butter
  • 1 pitted date (feel free to sub this with honey / maple syrup / your favorite sweetener)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maca powder, optional
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • Toppings: cacao nibs, coconut, granola or even a Healthy Girl Vanilla Crunch Protein Ball… YUMMY!

Method:

  1. Simply place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and finish of with your toppings.
  3. ENJOY!
