Healthy Girl Toast Toppers
Let’s be honest Gorgeous, what is life without toast and delicious toast toppers to go with it?!
Life can be busy and toast toppers can save your life… LITERALLY! In order to keep lunch, breakfast or even snacking easy – be sure to always keep some good quality bread in the house and some delicious toppings on hand (like the options below).

Healthy Girl Toast Toppers
Ingredients:
Good quality bread (I recommend my Healthy Girl Gluten-free loaf recipe, Sourdough, Rye or any other gluten-free bread that you prefer)
VARIATION 1: Healthy Girl Guacamole (follow the link for the full recipe and directions)
Avocado
Lemon
Rosa/cherry tomatoes
Feta cheese
Coriander
Olive oil
Garlic powder (optional)
Salt and pepper
VARIATION 2: Hummus, tomato and balsamic glaze
Hummus
1 big tomato sliced
Black/white sesame seeds
Basil
Balsamic Glaze
Salt and pepper to taste
VARIATION 3: Nut Butter, Banana and Blueberry
Your choice of organic sugar-free nut butter (Almond, Macadamia, Peanut)
Banana, sliced
Sprinkle of Blueberries
Healthy Girl Vanilla Protein ball/s (crumbled and sprinkled on top)
Optional: Honey or coconut flakes

Method:
- Layer each topping on your bread of choice in the quantities and way you prefer, according to your taste. Play and have fun with it!
- Enjoy!!
