This challenge is about getting back into the swing of things AAAAAAND all workouts are set to 20 minutes long.
It is a huge myth that you need to be training for hours on end to see results! ALL you need is twenty minutes of giving your ALL each day for this challenge.

- 5-day program, 6th day optional (incorporating strength, cardio and HIIT training elements)
- Options to train 3 – 6 times per week (I make sure that you can make this program fit YOUR lifestyle)
- Program suitable for home or gym
