Hello, Gorgeous! Let’s be honest, life can be a totally overwhelming at times – especially when it comes to your overall health and happiness. I know the struggles that women face; between societal pressure, work life balance, eating imbalances, body image, self-love and time management to name a few. This is why I want to be your HGBFF (Healthy Girl Best Friend Forever), if you’ll let me, so that I can guide you, hold your hand and walk alongside you every-step of the way on your life-changing journey towards being the best version of yourself imaginable!

Wouldn’t it be amazing to wake up every morning with a spring in your step and a glow in your heart? Loving the skin that you are in and totally obsessed with the incredible life that you are living? Bursting with love, passion and gratitude? OF COURSE, it would be! But, there is just one problem you are struggling to connect the dots – you feel stuck, unmotivated, lost, confused or unsure as to how you can get from where you are now to where you want to be. Don’t worry sunshine, because I am here to help you navigate through the influx of information around you, overcome your struggles, conquer your fears, achieve your health goals and finally live that life you have always dreamed of.

Over the years I am sure that you have tried many diets & intense exercise regimes, read every self-help book and followed every health and fitness blogger on Instagram, used supplements (that promise you the world) or tried a few (very attractive) quick fixes all in the hope that they will change your life? You have also probably realized by now that these kinds of methods DO NOT equal the lasting health transformation that you have been longing for?

Bearing the above in mind, you will be very happy to know that as a certified Institute of Integrative Nutrition holistic health coach, I offer a unique and modern approach to women’s wellbeing! My sole focus is to give you the guidance and tools that you need to be the highest version of yourself possible – incorporating the way that you think (mindset), the way that you live (lifestyle habits and daily routines) and the way that you eat (nutrition).

I firmly believe that your health goes far beyond just the food that you eat – relationships, exercise, the work that you do and your spirituality are every bit as important (sometimes more important) to your quality of life. So instead of simply getting you to eat more kale – we will be holistically working on all these elements that collectively make up your overall health and happiness.

My core health principal includes:
• Health is 100% holistic – meaning you and your life should be supported as a WHOLE not in segmented parts.
• There is no one size fits all approach!
• We are all individuals, what works for one person does not always work for another.
• Quick fixes, diets and extremes do not work… EVER!

Doctors, nutritionists, dieticians and personal trainers don’t always have the time, support or resources to help clients build and implement healthy, holistic and lasting lifestyle habits. This is where health coaches come in – to help fill the gaps and give you the extra support that you need!

As defined by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, “A health coach is a supportive mentor and wellness authority who works alongside clients to help them feel their best through food and lifestyle changes. Instead of prescribing one diet or way of exercise, health coaches tailor individualized wellness programs to meet their client’s needs.”

If you are simply looking for me to give you the “perfect” eating plan or exercise regime that will help you to quickly get skinny and solve all your problems then unfortunately you have come to the wrong place, Darling! In my health coaching program, there are NO quick fixes or unrealistic extreme lifestyle changes. Instead we slowly implement positive and sustainable lifestyle changes, one by one, so that you can successfully meet your health goals, once and for all.

Change is scary, I hear you! But it is far less daunting when you have a helping hand guiding and mentoring you during the process. I am here to listen to your struggles & concerns, help you steer through this world of confusing nutrition and lifestyle advice while celebrating all your triumphs on the road of getting you to where you have always wanted to be. Together, we are going to dig deep to find the right food and lifestyle choices that work for you as the wonderful individual that you are.

Each of my clients start off with an initial 60-minute health history session. You will fill out a health history form which we will discuss in depth so that we can get to know each other, see where you are struggling, understand your past, where you are now and where you want to be in the future. Thereafter, you are invited to enroll in one of my Healthy Girl health coaching programs. My program options are based on different timeframes – 1 month, 3 months or 6 months, to see lasting results.

Regardless of which program you choose – we will meet for 60-minutes twice a month (once every two weeks), either face to face or via skype. During these sessions we discuss your goals, your successes, your progress, see where you need extra support, break down barriers, and create awareness in order to build your healthy lifestyle habits and routines.

After each 1-on-1 session together, I then create a tailored step by step two-week plan as a support to hold your accountable and help you reach your goals until we meet up for our 1-on-1 next session. Each program is personalised to your specific wants, needs, lifestyle and availability. You also get access to a wealth of resources created by me just for you PLUS additional email and phone support outside of our 1-on-1 session during your program.

Believe it or not, YOU know better than anyone else in the world what you need to be healthy and happy. My job is to give you the guidance, knowledge, courage and confidence to write your own rules for your ideal life. I want to empower, encourage and inspire all my clients to live a fulfilling and happy life, a life that literally makes you want to jump out of bed each morning, because I believe that you 100% deserve to live a life that is bursting with love, health and happiness… you really do!
